Paying rent
There are several ways to pay. Whichever you choose, the payment appears in your account in the resident portal.
Online, through the resident portal
Pay from a bank account or a card, once or on a schedule. The portal also shows your balance, your past payments and any charges on your account.
Sign in to the resident portal
By text message
Once set up, you can pay your balance by replying to a text.
- On the portal home page, enter your phone number in the text alerts box and choose to opt in.
- Reply to the confirmation text we send you.
- In the portal, open Profile, then Payment Accounts. Choose a PIN and the account you want to pay from, then save.
- To pay, text Pay Now to 85938 and confirm with your PIN.
In cash, at a store
If you prefer to pay in cash, you can do so at participating stores near you. The guide explains how to set it up.
By check
Make your check payable to the owner named on your lease, and write your apartment number on it.
