Renters insurance
A renters policy protects your belongings and covers you if something in your apartment affects a neighbor, such as a leak.
Why it matters
Many leases require renters insurance, and it is worth having either way. The building's own policy covers the building, not your belongings or your personal liability.
How to get covered
We offer a simple program you can join, and you are also welcome to use an insurer of your own. If your lease requires a policy, please keep proof of coverage current with us.
