Residents

Everything you need for your home, in one place.

Your building has a manager who knows it, and a team behind them. This is the place to pay, request a repair or find what you need for your apartment, whenever it suits you.

Repairs

How a repair request works

From the moment you let us know to the moment the work is finished, you can see where things stand.

Step 1

Let us know

Sign in to the resident portal and submit a request, with photos if you can. If something is urgent, please also call your building’s own emergency line.

Step 2

We assign it

Your request goes to the right person on our team, or to a contractor we know and trust.

Step 3

Choose a time

Pick a visit window that suits you, and receive updates as the work moves along.

Step 4

Finished and closed

Once the work is complete, we close the request, and you are welcome to tell us how it went.
