This includes initial costs of new construction, recurring maintenance cost, property taxes, and utility usage analysis. We also provide accurate and timely monthly financial reports to clients. Through the use of market leading property management software, we are able to produce comprehensive reports which include customized rent rolls, cash flow statements, charges and collections, as well as detailed expense tracking. The objective of these reports is to provide visibility and clear insight to the financial condition of investments.
